Imagination may thrive in wide-open spaces, but in a city you don’t need it. Every possibility for adventure is there already – along with modern hygiene, too.

Gaymers Camden Crawl is the undoubted champion of the city festival circuit, a two day extravaganza over the May Day bank holiday weekend, featuring the hottest new talent playing side by side with superstars and legends. MTV is the official television broadcast partner of the 2010 Gaymers Camden Crawl – filming their Roundhouse gigs to air later in May and bringing you exclusive videos online at MTV.co.uk/camdencrawl. It’s the obvious match: the UK’s premiere music broadcasters bringing you the best moments from the city festival which kicks it all off, coming at you from out of the home of UK music and the home of MTV Studios, Camden.

For the second year running, MTV will also present the hottest ticket at Gaymers Camden Crawl – exclusively filming special guests at the historic 3,000 capacity Roundhouse. Last year saw the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Little Boots, but this year’s line-up promises to be even more special: the Sugababes, Calvin Harris, Lostprophets, Pendulum, Plan B and We Are Scientists are among those playing MTV shows over the weekend.

Camden is not just known for music, of course, but also for its legendary market and decades of fashion forward excitement. Vintage heaven Rokit, the longest-standing vintage fashion stores in London, get fresh stock every day so there’s a constant turnover of amazing, genuine, authentic vintage finds. All this you’ll know – we at Notion adore Rokit, and rarely a shoot goes by without our featuring them. Their original store is located in Camden (along with two in Brick Lane and one in Covent Garden), and it’s very much their home.
