After being caught up in the general hubbub of long-travel and long-work and long-days, weeks, months and years, we’ve re-launched the gaming section of this here website. It follows the hiring of one of those really enthusiastic gaming bods, who sit around playing games all day before partying all night long. And so we bring you one of the most eagerly anticipated games on the PC this year. Apparently. Crysis: Warhead is the follow-up to Crysis, one of the most popular games of its time. Warhead takes place the same time as the first installment, the year 2019, on the other side of a North Korean island, where the government is protecting an asteroid. Basically you battle Koreans, aliens and, um, even bigger aliens in the hope of stopping the North Korean Government taking over the world. Something like that, anyway. Jason Statham (the guy from Lock, Stock who was boning Kelly Brook) provides the voice of the games hero, Sergeant ‘Psycho’ Sykes. Which I guess makes it a kind of ‘Hollywood does gaming!’ type scenario. Anyway, the graphics are out of this world and the AI has been enhanced and well, read the review by CLICKING HERE.
