PLANETNOTION TELEVISION!
CAMERA-FOLK AND FILM EDITORS WANTED!
Planet Notion is looking for guys and dolls to film and edit features for its new TV channel, PNTV. Accompanying Notion to artist interviews, gigs, fashion shows, festivals and international events, you will be skilled, passionate and full of ideas about how to produce shit-hot video content. Camera-folk will be experienced and ideally have their own equipment, or at least access to equipment, while editors must be able to turn projects around quickly, and with stylistic flare. If you can both film and edit content, we would especially like to hear from you! These casual, unpaid positions would be ideal for those looking to develop their showreels, and to get the chance to travel, film major artists and top events.

Tinie Tempah to support Jay-Z at O2 Wireless this Thursday!
01/07/2008
19 year-old MC/Writer, Tinie Tempah, has been handed the Massive Task of supporting Jay-Z. Tempah will play alongside the American hip hop artist, whose set proved a big hit at Glastonbury, during a set at the O2 Wireless Festival this Thursday.

An indication of how quickly the UK artist’s reputation has grown in the 3 years he’s been releasing material, is the attention he's been getting from the press across America...

Independent releases on DL Records caught the attention of the New York Times’ Kelefa Sanneh, who wrote: ‘His nerve, shifting rhyme schemes and even his accent (“can’t throw” becomes “cahn’t fro”) might charm American listeners, providing they can find a way to buy or steal this pleasingly overstuffed CD.’

An interview alongside Gym Class Heroes in Playboy Magazine, and coverage throughout the states for his ‘audio scrapbook’, are just for starters. In good ol’ Blighty, Tinie, whose A Levels coincided with his increasing reputation, was picked as a representative for Youth Culture.

Mike Stobbie, the composer behind BMW, Marks & Spencer, and McDonalds commercials, produced the Tinie track, ‘Put the Knives and Guns Down’, whilst interviews with news channels such as ITN, BBC, and Sky, showed the country that there’s far more to the college graduate than quick lyrics and slick rhymes.

Currently mulling over his UCAS form, Tinie’s stature continues to grow; supporting Jay-Z further indication of just how highly the young artist is regarded on the urban music scene. New single, Tears, is released on download from the 4th August with a string of live dates to coincide. For further information, visit Tinie's MySpace
