PLANETNOTION TELEVISION!
CAMERA-FOLK AND FILM EDITORS WANTED!
Planet Notion is looking for guys and dolls to film and edit features for its new TV channel, PNTV. Accompanying Notion to artist interviews, gigs, fashion shows, festivals and international events, you will be skilled, passionate and full of ideas about how to produce shit-hot video content. Camera-folk will be experienced and ideally have their own equipment, or at least access to equipment, while editors must be able to turn projects around quickly, and with stylistic flare. If you can both film and edit content, we would especially like to hear from you! These casual, unpaid positions would be ideal for those looking to develop their showreels, and to get the chance to travel, film major artists and top events.

Please email lucy(at)musichqmedia

UK to lead the way at Croatia's Garden Festival!
UK to lead the way at Croatia's Garden Festival!
27/06/2008
The Garden Festival (TGF) has become one of the best-loved dance festivals in Europe over recent years. The idyllic surroundings of Croation city Zadar on the stunning Adriatic coastline, and the intimate scale of the festival, has seen TGF attendees returning year after year since its induction onto the circuit five years ago…

Taking place from the 1st – 3rd of August, this years TGF has drafted in some of the finest promoters from the UK for what’s sure to be three days and nights of high-octane ear-beating action; and this on top of cutting edge international artists and underground club legends…

Kings of the East-London scene, Mulletover, renowned for their hedonistic warehouse parties and all-night rave-a-thons, will be heading to Zadar. Mulletover co-promoter, DJ Geddes, will be leading such charges as German tech/house god Matthias Tanzmann and East-London wideboy Jamie Jones.

Even Wales is getting in on the action, with soulful-house hosts, L’America, drafting in some of their best-loved DJs from around the globe. If house floats your boat, Saturday night’s the place to be, with DJ Rame (Italy’s Pasta Boys) and Slovenia’s DJ DEKKY joining Craig Bartlett and his L’America clubnight. Awooga!

Finally, East-London favourites, East Village, will be bringging a host of DJs, including Ame, Dixon, and of course East Village ledge Stuart Patterson, along for the ride. The city of Zadar has enjoyed a resurgence of chic cafés and bars over recent years, where punters can take a breather from the heady-hedonism, chill-out, and relax… Oh, and the icing on the cake, if ever I bleedin’ saw it, is the return of the infamous Argo cruise to a secret party location! SWEET!
